California Seasons Refund Policy

At California Seasons, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Refunds

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of your purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It can also be in the original packaging if undamaged and in shippable condition.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food or flowers

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

Process

Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact us at torrees@californiaseasons.net with your order number and a brief explanation of your reason for the return.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at torrees@californiaseasons.net with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
